Refund Policy

Last updated: April 26, 2026

This policy explains how HeyWaii handles subscriptions, coins, duplicate charges, and refunds caused by service or provider failures. Refund outcomes depend on the payment method, checkout disclosures, service usage, and applicable law.

If you were charged twice, did not receive coins, or were charged during a service failure, contact us through in-product support or the payment history page.

1. Automatic refunds

If a paid request fails because of provider instability, task failure, or a system error, we aim to automatically restore the coins charged for that request.

These refunds are usually returned directly to your account balance with a refund reason recorded in your usage or payment history.

2. Manual review refunds

The following cases usually require manual review:

  • Duplicate charges or duplicate subscriptions.
  • Successful payment but missing coins, membership, or other paid entitlements.
  • A significant system outage that prevented use of a paid feature.
  • Refund or withdrawal rights required by mandatory local law.

3. Cases generally not refunded

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Digital coins, memberships, or one-time upgrades that were delivered and usable.
  • Requests based only on change of mind, non-use, or after most benefits were used.
  • Enforcement actions for Terms or Community Rules violations after the paid service was already provided.

4. How to request a refund

Please include your account, order or payment time, amount, payment channel, and a short description of the issue.

We typically verify the charge, delivery, and failure logs first, then process the case under the payment provider's flow and applicable law. If the refund must be returned through Apple, Google, PayPal, or a card issuer, settlement timing depends on that provider.
